Sony

Sony clearance stock: surplus Sony audio, media and on-board electronics, at a price you name. Everything here comes from cleared warehouses and cancelled fit-outs, and you get an answer on your bid within one working hour.

Not the Sony outlet store you might expect

Sony's own UK channels sell current TVs, cameras and headphones, with flash sales and a refurbished section for returned stock. That is a different thing from this page. We are an independent outlet: no repaired or refurbished items, just unused surplus that never made it into a shop, plus the occasional used unit that is clearly marked as such.

Our Sony stock leans towards marine and installation equipment. Think marine stereos, waterproof speakers, satellite receivers and media, not the latest cameras.

What you find in our Sony range

Marine audio

Sony built a dedicated marine line: CD receivers with SiriusXM and AUX input, waterproof 3-way coaxial speakers such as the XS-F1335, speaker kits and wired marine remotes like the RM-X60M. These are designed for spray, UV and vibration, which household gear is not. Match the speaker size and mounting depth with your existing cut-out.

Satellite receivers and AV players

Digital satellite receivers for on-board TV, DVD and media players, and head units with a built-in screen. Check whether the unit is set up for 12V or 230V before you bid.

Media and data storage

Blank CD-R media in multi-packs and slim jewel cases, and portable USB DVD writers. Useful for chart updates, data backup and audio, and a small item that is easy to add to a larger order.

Mini hi-fi and home audio

Compact hi-fi systems and players for the saloon or crew quarters. A surplus unit costs a fraction of a new installation and plays the same.

Our audio and video collection holds the rest of the on-board entertainment range.

What to check before you bid

• Voltage. 12V marine units and 230V household units sit side by side here.
• Mounting. Speaker diameter and depth decide whether it fits your panel.
• Region. Some marine receivers are US-market units with SiriusXM, which does not broadcast in the UK; FM, AM and AUX still work.
• Condition. Unused or used is stated on every listing.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sell refurbished Sony cameras or TVs?

No. We do not refurbish anything, and Sony cameras and current TVs are rare in our stock. For refurbished Sony cameras, Sony's own refurbished section is the place to look.

Is marine audio really different from car audio?

Yes. Marine speakers and receivers are built with UV-resistant materials and protection against moisture and salt. Car audio on deck fails quickly in salt air.

Do outlet products come with a warranty?

The statutory warranty applies and our warranty period matches the manufacturer's. Keep the invoice as proof of purchase.
