Products ordered at The Outlet Specialist B.V. cannot be returned. 

The return form below only applies in the following cases: 

  • Incorrectly delivered orders.
  • Order where the description or the photos do not match what is delivered. 
  • Orders that are delivered incomplete, damaged or kappot.

 

If one of the above is the case, follow the steps below to register your return: 

  • Download The Outlet Specialist Return Form via the website, after which you complete it completely and clearly. You must also state a reference number on the form. You can find this number on your invoice below Feature. If you have completed the form in full, print it and add it to the item to be returned in the box. Close the box well.
  • You have the goods sent to us via Post.nl or another company. The costs for returning to the Outlet Specialist are always for your own account. In the case of an incorrect delivery or a defect/damaged item, we will deposit after receipt of the product and the return form and after assessment afterwards € 6,95 To your account returned to that return shipment.
  • You bring the goods to our service address of the web store in Kaatsheuvel on the Zuidhollandsedijk 179-181. You then pay no shipping costs. You can go here at the usual opening hours.
  • As soon as the Outlet Specialist or our partner has received and processes your partner, we will return the purchase amount within 5 working days to the payment method that you used during the original order. 

 

Easily report your return via the return form below. After you have completed the form you will automatically receive a confirmation by e -mail with the return number. If you have any questions about your return or status, we ask you to provide this number. Save the number well.
