Returns
Products ordered from De Outlet Specialist B.V. cannot be returned.
The return form below only applies in the following cases:
- Incorrectly delivered orders.
- Orders where the description or the photos do not match what is delivered.
- Orders that are delivered incomplete, damaged, or broken.
If any of the above applies, please follow the steps below to register your return:
- Download the De Outlet Specialist return form from the website and fill it out completely and clearly. You must also include a reference number on the form. You can find this number on your invoice under Reference. Once you have filled out the form completely, print it and include it with the item you are returning in the box. Close the box well.
- You send the goods to us via post.nl or another company. The costs for returning to De Outlet Specialist are always at your own expense. In the case of an incorrect delivery or a defective/damaged item, we will refund € 6.95 of the shipping costs for that return shipment to your account after we receive the product and the return form and after evaluation.
- You bring the goods to our service address of the webshop in Kaatsheuvel at Zuidhollandsedijk 179-181. You will not pay shipping costs. You can go there during regular opening hours.
- As soon as De Outlet Specialist or our partner has received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days to the payment method you used during the original order.
If you choose to return a product that you ordered incorrectly, Outlet Specialist reserves the right to deduct 20% + shipping and return costs from the original purchase amount.
Easily register your return via the return registration form below. After you have filled out the form, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email containing the return number. If you have questions about your return or status, we ask you to provide this number. Please keep the number safe.
