E-commerce software - Shopify
Our webshop has been developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is a certified processor of credit card data. Shopify uses
cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data are collected and/or stored. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own group of companies to further improve its services. Shopify takes into account the

E-mail and mailing lists
Shopify
We send our newsletters and transactional emails using our e-commerce software 'Shopify'. All confirmation emails that you receive from our website and web forms are sent via Shopify's servers. Shopify will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that has
been sent automatically via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click it, you will no longer receive emails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data are securely transmitted, stored and accessed by Shopify. Shopify uses cookies and other internet technologies that make it visible whether emails are opened and read. In addition, Shopify processes information about you as a recipient and the subject line of emails to improve the quality of its services; this data is retained for 30 days. Shopify reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share information with third parties.
Office365
We make for our regular business email traffic uses the services of Office365. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Mollie
For processing (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or
credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which it engages third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than is permitted on the basis of the statutory retention periods.
Reviews
WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you
to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We use your data solely for the purposes of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time - other than at your request - we will ask you for explicit permission to do so. Your
data are not shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data
Data collected automatically by our website are processed for the purpose of further improving our services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) are not personal data.
Cooperation with tax and criminal investigations

Retention periods
We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
