Many on-board systems have two or more batteries, feeding 12 and/or 24 V consumers - separately from each other. This requires dividing up the charging system with reliable charge current dividers or battery couplers.

Battery Mate charge current dividers with negligible voltage drop
BI charge current dividers are conventional diode splitters, the Battery Mate is electronically controlled with mosfets (transistors). The components compensate the voltage drop and guarantee a charging process at the correct voltage level even with multiple battery banks. For almost any type of alternator in existing or new systems.
The Battery Mate performs much better than conventional distributors, because there is hardly any voltage drop between alternator and batteries. No extra adjustment of the alternator is necessary, but immediately fast and full charging of the batteries.
Charging two or three batteries with high power
The Battery Mate is suitable for alternators up to 160 A or 250 A charging current. You charge two or three batteries with a very high charging output, without voltage drop.
Models 1602/1603 are suitable for alternators with a maximum charging current of 160 amps, the Battery Mate 2503 is ideal for alternators with a maximum charging current of 250 amps.
Safety guaranteed: the Battery Mate indicates with an LED (on the device) whether the input is energized.
