Return policy
Customers are defined as people who have made a purchase from Outlet Specialist B.V. Under European law you have 14 days right of withdrawal. The days are counted from the day you, or a designated third party, receive physical possession of the item.

You must pay the shipping costs. You are responsible for the package being delivered to the correct address that the products arrive undamaged. The product is in its original packaging and any labels are still there. There are no traces that the article has been used (in case of use traces, the product will NOT be taken back).
Costs of returning & refund of purchase price
If you revoke the agreement within 14 days and the package is back in our possession within 14 days, you will receive the purchase price of the product concerned back within 5 working days. Costs for this return are the responsibility of the customer. No matter which method of delivery you choose, you are responsible for ensuring that the package is returned to us. We may wait with refunding until we have received the goods back. In the event that the package is lost, please contact the appropriate delivery service. The purchase amount will not be refunded by us in that case. In that case you can file a claim with the delivery service.
If it is an Outlet Specialist error, the shipping costs will be reimbursed. The reimbursement depends on the package size. For a standard package is € 6.95, -. For a pallet shipment, these costs are € 35, -.
We will refund you with the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for this refund. Returns are processed within 5 working days. You can see this on your payment source. Please note: in case of credit card payment, a return booking is often only visible to you on your credit card statement at the end of the month/term.
Exchange
If you want a replacement product, you must place a new order.
Decline in value
If damage has occurred to the product, and it can be shown that more has been done to the product than can be expected to assess whether you want to keep it, the cost of this damage will be borne by you. The packaging may have been opened. However, the product may not contain any stains, (smoke) odors or other damage. If wear or damage has occurred, Outlet Specialist B.V. shall be entitled to offset such damage against the amount to be refunded.
Term: 14 days consideration period
During the consideration period the consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with care. The product will only be unpacked to the extent necessary to assess whether the product will be retained.
