Why buy APC from an outlet

Replacement battery cartridges are the definition of a grudge purchase. Your UPS is fine, the cells are flat, and Schneider prices the cartridge as if it were a new unit. Surplus stock breaks that pattern: unused cartridges from cancelled projects and cleared warehouses, at a price you set yourself.

The same applies to rack hardware. When a data room is decommissioned or a spec changes late, PDUs and rail kits come out of the crate unused and go straight into ours instead of into a skip.

What you find in our APC collections

Replacement Battery Cartridges

RBC cartridges for Smart-UPS and Back-UPS Pro, including RBC7, RBC11, RBC25, RBC26, RBC123 and RBC124. The RBC number is what matters, not the UPS model name, since one cartridge often serves several units. Check the number stamped on your old pack before you bid.

Smart-UPS and rack hardware

Rack-mount Smart-UPS units, 19 inch rail kits and switched rack PDUs such as the AP7920. Confirm the rack depth and the outlet configuration against your cabinet, and check whether the listing includes rails.

Batteries and inverters on board

APC hardware turns up in yacht server rooms, AV racks and shore-power setups more often than people expect. If you are specifying a rack afloat, see our electricity collection for the rest of the supply side.

What to check before you bid

• RBC number. Read it off the existing cartridge; model names change, cartridge numbers do not.
• Voltage. 24V and 230V both appear in this range.
• Manufacturing date. Sealed lead-acid cells age on the shelf, so ask us for the date code if it matters to you.
• Contents. Some listings are a two-piece battery kit rather than a single cartridge.

Cannot see your cartridge? Place a search request and we will watch for it.

Buying from the United Kingdom

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands and UK delivery is included in the price shown. Batteries travel under standard rules for sealed lead-acid cells, so allow a little longer than for a light parcel. Pay with Klarna before or after delivery, or by card, iDEAL, PayPal or bank transfer. Your invoice is your warranty document, and customers rate us 8.5 on WebwinkelKeur.

Frequently asked questions

Is this A.P.C. the fashion brand?

No. A.P.C. is the French clothing label, Atelier de Production et de Création. This page is APC by Schneider Electric, which makes uninterruptible power supplies, battery cartridges and rack power distribution. If you came here for denim, you want the other one.

What does APC stand for?

American Power Conversion, founded in 1981 and acquired by Schneider Electric in 2007. The brand still runs as APC by Schneider Electric.

Are these genuine APC batteries?

Yes. Original APC by Schneider Electric cartridges, not third-party equivalents, bought as surplus from installers and distributors. Part numbers are intact and listed per product.

How do I find the right RBC cartridge?

Take the RBC number from the label on your current battery pack, or look up your UPS model on Schneider's site. One RBC number usually covers a family of UPS units, which is why the cartridge number beats the model name.

Do outlet products come with a warranty?

The statutory warranty applies and our warranty period matches the manufacturer's. Keep the invoice as proof of purchase.
