Description
This is a removable autopilizer for sailing ships with a helmetroer. The ST1000 is suitable for ships up to a weight of 3000 kg.
All components needed are in this waterproof Tiller pilot. To determine the price, a compass is needed, the compass used by the ST1000 is a cardanically hung fluxgate electronic compass and is in the instrument.
The assembly is fairly simple: mount a bracket on which the ST1000 can click in, place a van in the baking box where the ST1000 can hinges, mount the plug for the 12V and the steering machine is ready for use. The advanced user can enjoy himself by adjusting the various settings such as damping the display and damping of the compass.
This system has been in production for a number of years and is therefore one of the most used steering machines for the smaller sailing ships, which has increasingly increased reliability. The operation is very simple and due to the illuminated keys and LCD screen, the ST1000 can also be used in the dark.
The standard feature "Autotack" ensures that the steering machine itself is about Stag, while you can study the cards. To save power, the "autoseastate" adjusts the consumption of the battery to the environment. For example, and calm sea less power will be used from the battery.
As mentioned earlier, this is a standalone system, but if there is a Seatalk/NMEA GPS on board it can be connected to navigate.
